Weekend schedule

Join the Whatsapp group for all the up to date info. Unless you join one of the chat groups (e.g. for car sharing), this isn’t an open group so you won’t get inundated with messages – this is just for the odd update/announcement.

Friday Evening

  • Arrive from 5pm
  • Drinks & light bites

Saturday – Wedding Day!

  • Morning: Help-yourself coffee, pastries etc
  • 2:00pm: Ceremony
  • 2:30pm: Canapés & drinks
  • 4:30pm: Dinner followed by dancing
  • 10:30pm: Late-night food
  • 12:00am: Cabs home or after party

 Sunday – BBQ

  • Morning: Help-yourself coffee, pastries etc

  • 12:00pm: Garden party BBQ buffet

  • Head home by the evening

Getting there

📍 Venue: Trevor Hall, Llangollen, LL20 7UP

By Car:

  • Parking available on-site.

  • If you’re able to give others a lift, drop a message in the Whatsapp group

By Train:

  • Nearest station: Ruabon (~10 min taxi) or Wrexham (~20 min taxi).

  • Join the Whatsapp group to arrange taxi sharing for anyone arriving at the same time

  • We’d recommend booking in advance for better prices

Accommodation

  • On-site camping available – bell tents are now all booked up but camping with own tents is still possible

  • Book soon if you still need a B&B/hotel

  • Let us know if your plans change (e.g., now want to camp or vice versa) as we need to let the venue know

Campers

  • Showers and toilets on site (bring a towel)
  • A large getting ready tent with tables, chairs & full length mirrors will be available on the campsite
  • We’ll drop more info in the campers WhatsApp group closer to the time

Dress code

Friday – Casual

Saturday – Wear something you feel great in! Avoid stilettos as you’ll be on grass and bring something warm for the evening

Sunday – Casual garden party

If you’d like to give us a present, please take a photo on the night with your camera or phone, print it out, and send it to us. (Write on the back so we know it’s from you!)
